Built in 1990, this four-bedroom and two-bathroom residence is nestled within a beautiful natural landscape, offering captivating views that extend towards the Byron Bay Lighthouse. Whilst being in a beautiful location, the home lacked the personality and texture the family desired.

Positioned on a thriving 105-acre organic produce farm, Studio Noakes assisted in bringing the family’s vision of a welcoming, textured home for gatherings to life.

Seamlessly integrating the outdoors in, this beautiful modern home is now full of personality – with the essence of its inhabitants woven into the fabric of the walls. Before the renovation our clients felt that if their house could talk it would have nothing to say – now, Boon Luck Farm speaks a thousand words.
